Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express, Solo/Switch and Delta Credit/Debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling We use Amtrak for UK orders and Fedex for our shipments worldwide.

Delivery Schedule We hold stocks of all lines illustrated in our online shop and wherever possible dispatch goods within 3 working days of receiving the order. However, at times of exceptional demand please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

We will inform you via email the anticipated delivery date. If you have not received your order in this time, please notify us, stating your name, the date of your order and the details of the items ordered.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy In the event that goods are damaged on arrival, or part or all of an order is not received within the specified time, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt or expected delivery, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Returned Goods: A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us, unsoiled within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
